Do you have covers for your furniture and grills?

Yes, we have covers for our products, and when necessary, we can produce them on-demand.

How long does your outdoor furniture typically last?

With the right maintenance and care, furniture can last forever. We have covers to shield the furniture from the elements and also provide detailed care instructions for all of our materials.

What is the warranty on your products?

We have a 6-month warranty on our products, and you can read more details here:  Unique Outdoor Living Warranty.

Do you offer custom outdoor furniture options?

Yes we do!  You can customise our models of furniture for colour, rope, materials, and fabric choice.  For changes in construction, we can do that as well with a minimum order of IDR 100 Mio.

What types of BBQ grills do you offer?

We offer Gas and Charcoal BBQs. Our gas BBQs are between 1-8 burners. Other than that, we offer smokers and pizza ovens as well as hybrid BBQs which can use gas and charcoal. We also have a wide range of accessories for all of your grilling needs.

Which type of grill is better: gas or charcoal?

We get this question a lot, and there is really no right answer. It’s up to your personal preference, and we really can’t say which is better. For easy maintenance and use, gas is the better way to go, Charcoal needs more attention, time and clean up. However, charcoal gives better aromas and taste for meat and sausages.

Can I receive assistance in selecting the right grill for my needs?

Of course! That is what we are here for. Our sales team is available during the day, 9am-5pm, in our showroom. You can also contact us by phone, Whatsapp, or even video call if necessary.

Do you offer assembly and installation services for grills and outdoor furniture?

Yes, we can assemble and install grills and outdoor furniture anywhere in Bali.  If you are ordering onlines and shipping outside of Bali, we can do the assembly in our shop and send to you fully assembled, ready for easy installation. We don’t charge for this service from our team, but please be aware that this could require higher transport costs, which must be covered by the customer.

What accessories do you recommend for my grill?

We have a selection of cutlery, meat thermometres and cleaning equipment.

How do I clean and maintain my grill?

We offer our favourite high quality products from Germany for grill cleaning and maintenance, mainly a natural product from Balistol. They also have very good instructions and videos online. If you would like more information, please ask our team and we can send links to our favourites.

Do you offer assistance in ordering replacement parts for my grill?

Yes we do have some spare parts in our shop here, and then for others we can order directly from the factory for you.

How long does a grill typically last?

Just like furniture, with the correct use, cleaning, storage and maintenance, there is no limit to how long you can keep your grill. We hope you enjoy it for many, many years.

What are your payment options?

For instore purchases, we require a 50% down payment and then the balance is paid before delivery. You can pay in store with a debit or credit card. For online orders through our website or Tokopedia, the payment options are bank transfer or credit card. Online orders require 100% payment up front.

How long does shipping typically take?

For orders inside Indonesia with the products in stock, our shipping and delivery is typically within one week. For furniture items that are out of stock and need to be produced, it can take 4-6 weeks. And for our BBQs that are out of stock, please enquire directly so we can give a better idea of the delivery schedule.

What is your return policy?

At the moment, we don’t have an official return policy other than our warranty. We don’t typically offer returns, but we will consider returns on a case-by-case basis.

Can I track my order?

At the moment, we don't have this feature. But in the future it may be something for us to consider. At the moment, it’s not been an issue for our customers.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we do, on request. Additional tax and shipping fees are typically added, and covered by the customer.
